Check-In Times:
– Check-In times are between business
hours. Clients will be charged for the day of drop off.
Check-Out Times: – Check-Out time is 12:00 PM
Monday - Saturday, and 1:00 PM on Sunday. Pets picked up
after Check-Out time will be charged for that day.
Guests may arrive or depart any
time during business hours; however, we would prefer arrival at
least one hour prior to closing. Please schedule departure time to
expedite the process. Owners who pick up their pets by our 12:00 p.m.
check out time will not be charged for that day.
Also a boarding
charge for the day will not apply to pets scheduled for grooming and baths. (This does not apply to basic baths and ancillary
services.) However, if the pet is ready for pick-up and the client
is unable to check-out in time, the client will be charged for that
day.

All medications clearly labeled with specific
instructions for administration.
Emergency contact phone information.
Special Diet Pet foods labeled and
pre-packed in individual serving portions
if supplying as a food. See our

we provide for our guests.
Your pet's toys or something from home which
will help them feel more comfortable while away. See our restrictions
on items brought in with your pet.

Before or After Hours Drop Off/Pick Up:

Cancellation Policy:
Except for holidays, & spring
break all reservation cancellations require a two week
notice.
Vaccination Requirements:
The essential vaccinations for all Dog & Cat Boarding, Day Care and
Day Boarding
guests are
as follows:

DHLP, 1 year

Bordetella

CATS:

All vaccination records must be from a
licensed veterinarian.
Additionally, we require that you maintain a year-round treatment for ticks
and fleas in order to protect our resort from any contamination and thus
protect all of the pets. We recommend topical solutions such as
Advantage or
Frontline. These products are available over the counter or from your
veterinarian. We do not suggest collar
prevention methods.
Please talk to your veterinarian about your options and frequency of treatment.
Vaccination records from your veterinarian
may be faxed
to us in advance, or you can bring them with you to check-in. Due to
the current Privacy Policies in effect, we can not contact your
veterinarian for copies of your pets vaccinations, you will need to
personally contact your vet's office to authorize them to fax us a
copy of the current records.
Payment Options:
Payment in full is required at
the time of checkout. We accept payment in the form of cash, check
with valid driver’s license, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover and debit cards. We reserve the right to request a
non-refundable deposit on all services.
